Late last week I had the opportunity to sit down with Caleb and Kyle of Convent Bonfires, a upcoming Seattle band that is hitting the scene hard with its unique indie-rock sound. With the two meeting at a South African Convent, religion played a major role in the creation of their music, the evolution of their relationship with religion is heavily reflected within their recent album “Conversations with the Fire that Sustained Me”.
